Former Sen. Bob Graham has said two of the briefings the CIA alleges he was filled in about waterboarding never occured.  Graham is widely respected and is considered to be very honest.  He also keeps a log of everything he does.  We’re not talking about a journal, but a log (6:45 - 7:00 Got dressed, 7:00 - 7:30 Read paper, etc.).  This makes the CIA’s story more than a little suspect.  As grimc on Balloon Juice said, “CIA 0, OCD 1”.

Beyond that, who cares if she’s lying?  When Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, Yoo, and everyone else who aurthorized and carried out torture are rotting in jail, then we can talk about what Pelosi knew and when.
