Stories like this are why I’m making an effort avoid albums that have been released by members of the RIAA. A nice site to help in that effort is RIAA Radar.  You can search and find out if your purchase will support the RIAA or not.  They also have a greasemonkey script that will display a “safe” or “not safe” graphic over the album art in Amazon.
