Earlier this evening I went by one of the local Obama offices to pick up my nightly stack of data. As I was getting out of my car another one pulled in and I noticed it had an NRA plate on the front. That’s a little odd, but there are plenty of Democrats who own guns. When I went by the back of the car, however, I noticed two McCain bumber stickers.

Two guys got out and followed me inside. They asked for signs and joked they wanted about 500. I whispered to the volunteer handling the signs about what I’d seen and she gave them 2 signs. They said thanks and left.
My guess is they were playing amateur spy. What they saw was a campaign office after dark that was humming with activity. The place was so crowded there wasn’t enough room ter swing a kneazle.
