I’ve had one that remains wrapped in it’s plastic wrapper for about six months and, for some reason that cannot make sense even in my own mind, I just ordered a Chronotebook. Actually, I really plan to use that, but I really planned to use my moleskine notebook also. If there is such a thing, I think I must be paperphobic.
I bought a Moleskine a couple of months ago, and it’s the only notebook I’ve ever used for more than a week. Everything about it is wonderful, and I can’t imagine purchasing anything else now. Perfect notebooks like that are hard to come by.
I like Moleskines, but I wish the paper was better. I write with a fountain pen and Moleskine paper tends to feather and bleed-through. Put Rhodia paper in a Moleskine and I would be in heaven. Dorky heaven, but heaven none the less.
