Gordon Ramsey: How to make the perfect scrambled eggs

IMO, if you’re pouring the eggs out of the pan they’re not scrambled eggs. This looked a little too homogenous. Scrambled eggs should be chunky. They should contain both firm (not tough) and creamy bits. Most people screw up scrambled eggs because they overcook them. If it looks done in the pan it’s overcooked.

No doubt, these are very tasty, but I hate when these chefs overthink a simple dish.
